With over 22 years of experience in talent management and editorial services, I have had the honor of leading teams to success and fostering growth in the publishing industry.
Before founding Knowledge Leaf on January 1, 2025, I served in senior roles at MPS Limited, where I honed my skills in strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and operational efficiency. My accomplishments include successfully managing key account transitions, significantly increasing page volume, and implementing policies that enhanced customer support and technical services.
I take pride in my proven track record of cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and delivering top-quality results for esteemed clients such as Wiley, ACS, Cambridge University Press, Emerald, Intellect, and Wolters-Kluwer. My expertise and passion for editorial services are further supported by my Master's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Bangalore, India.
